Touraj Zadpour was born in Tehran(1982).He play several of Iranian and non Iranian musical instruments , his professional instrument is Tar and also he is playing Setar,Rabab,Oud,Guitar,Shourangiz. He has studied music (Sooreh University) and he has several cooperation and performance in different albums and also to cooperate in Music Society of Dezful (1998-2001). He was conductor of music students band in Soore University(2006) and SouteDelan Ensemble. Now he is a member of House of Music(Association for Iranian Musicians). Participation 7th anniversary for Ali Hatami with presence of some Iranian great actors and actresses is more significant of his work.He has already participated in festivals of the world and also he has been accompanied by some of Iranian traditional music and many musicians.

Collection of fifteen pieces for Tar and Setar Compiled and collected by Touraj Zadpour in collaboration with the Avaye Barbat released in November 2018. playing these pieces along with the teacher’s main lessons will have significant effects on the student’s experience and insight and encourage them to make progress.

The pieces of this book are composed by Touraj Zadpour and several pieces of this collection are from the Persian folk music, as well as the repertory of Persian art music. Choices are made from the absolute basics to some more advanced pieces concurrent with the improvement of playing and comprehension of simple and compound times.

  The great concert of students and masters of the Sedaye Mehrverzan held with the efforts of the director of this music academy, Mahyar Najafi, in the hall of the Institute of Culture and Arts, students and their masters performed different types of music. 

Avaye Robab

 

            

 

Beginning to record the project of the album music video of Navaye- Robab, an album for introducing Iranian instrumentality (urban) and its playing capabilities is a challenging task. The instruments are made of Siamak Ghalami, and they are made with the intention of being used in this album. Soon more information will be released on this project.The idea of this project is from Siamak Ghalami, and is defined and approved by the Institute of Traditional Arts of the Institute of Cultural Heritage Research.
